TriSpan established a new dental support organization (DSO) called PG Dental in partnership with the owners and the management team of DHA in May 2019. In that year, a small bolt-on acquisition was completed followed by another three executed during the Pandemic of 2020 completely transforming the scope and capabilities of the group, now renamed as ProSmile.

Within 18 months the company evolved from being a best-in-class single state Medicaid provider to becoming the largest dental group in New Jersey with a significant presence in Maryland and Eastern Pennsylvania growing from 9 to 79 clinics with a manifold increase in both PF revenues and PF EBITDA.
